This can be any carved or sculpted cake that is not your regular geometric shape. We are looking for cake artists who are not afraid to use their imagination and push the boundaries of convention.
buttercream AWARD
This category recognises the very best skills in buttercream. Nominate an artist that shows excellent skills and technique using buttercream to decorate their cakes.
COOKIE AWARD
From hand-painted masterpieces to 3D creations, cookies are a showcase for some amazing decorating and sugarcraft techniques on a biscuit base. You may nominate a single decorated cookie or a collection of up to 12.

DISPLAY INSTALLATION AWARD
This award is back, because you told us to! This award recognises the amazing sugar and cake displays created by solo or collaborative teams. Nominations can be for any medium, edible and non-edible.
PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
This exciting new award allows you to pick your favourite cake artist. Tell us who you think is deserving! The winner will be based on the number of nominations.
PRODUCT EXCELLENCE AWARDS
This year we will be recognising several products that you love using, maybe new this year, or something you just cannot live without. A cutter, mould, tool, decorative item, perhaps an ingredient, what products are your favourite?
COLLABORATION AWARD
Collaborations are a great way to bring talented cake artists from all over the world together in the name of awesome cakes, usually themed or to celebrate a specific event. They can be nominated for overall visual impact and individual pieces. Applicable for collaborations between June 2022 and June 2024. As there are so many amazing collaborations, two awards will be given for 2023 and 2024.

With many fantastic shows around the globe, this award is for the organisers. Organising an event that joins cake artists, vendors, competitions and so much more is a really difficult task. This award is to the group of organisers or companies that work tirelessly to put on great shows for us. The winner will be based on the number of nominations.

Recognising up-and-coming talent is something to celebrate, whether someone starting to excel in their field, new to the industry or even someone you have just recently started to notice a lot more. We want to know who you think is worthy and would be someone to look out for in the future!
